Sheryl Shultz has been a business broker since 2004. Besides being a business broker she has been the owner of consulting company for the past 16 years. This background provides an understand of most aspects of a business and can help position a company for sale. As the President of Productivity Masters, Inc., Sheryl Shultz has led the company to achieve regional recognition as a leading woman-owned provider of productivity and technology services with a focus on increasing productivity in companies while reducing costs and increasing sales.
Ms. Shultz's experience began in 1982 while employed with Arthur Anderson & Company as their first PC coordinator. As a microcomputer specialist, her responsibilities included in-house and client software support and training.
In 1985, employment began with MicroAge Computer, a national hardware and software reseller, as director of microcomputer training and support for clients. She also provided hardware solutions to clients.
Sheryl recommended and sold specialized vertical software solutions such as LAN's, purchasing systems, CAD systems, bar coding, and automated time and attendance systems. This integration allowed Sheryl to work with her clients and focus their computerization efforts in specific areas, while providing post-sale support and training services. This "scope of work" development helped Sheryl design Productivity Masters' unique approach to productivity analysis.
In 1989, Productivity Masters and IMTech were formed. These companies specialize in technology and productivity consulting, process improvements, cost savings, job task oriented education, application development, strategic planning and accountability programs. The companies also provide solutions for Internet/Intranet development, cost vs. benefit analysis, technology and process flowcharting, evaluates IT department and systems effectiveness and staff capabilities, evaluates Sales and Marketing programs for efficiency and provides training in new sales and marketing efforts, process and policy documentation, and implementation services to clients. Productivity Masters can provide grant research and writing as well as investor opportunities. Productivity Masters provides business advisors to Cincinnati Tri-State Owners, CEOs and Presidents.
