Frelier brings a wealth of experience to Sunbelt’s new regional office located in historic New Bern, NC.  He is looking forward to advising “middle market” businesses throughout North Carolina and to serving the regional “main street” business community in key area cities like Greenville, New Bern, Kinston, Havelock, Washington, Edenton, Goldsboro, Wilson, Rocky Mount and Roanoke Rapids.

Alex Frelier brings an extensive background in business management and development, Mergers and Acquisitions, and entrepreneurship to his endeavor as Sunbelt franchise owner in the greater Greenville region of NC. He has executed over $200 million in M&A transactions involving privately-held businesses and has consulted for start-ups, non-profits, and corporations. Frelier received his MBA from Duke University, a Master of Accountancy from UNC and holds a NC Real Estate Broker license. He and his family are longtime residents of North Carolina and are proud to have made their home in New Bern.
