Sunbelt Franchise Owner Receives International Business Broker Association’s Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary Award

November 4, 2014 – Sunbelt®, the place to go to buy or sell a business®, is proud to congratulate its franchise owner, Hal Janke, on his Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary award presented by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).  Janke owns Sunbelt of San Diego and Carlsbad and has been a business broker for more than 30 years.

Janke stated, “I have grown Sunbelt in the San Diego area with referrals and recognition for the Sunbelt Business Brokers’ name. I really enjoy what I am doing, especially when it comes to assisting other agents and brokers in the marketplace. I’ve had a long and fulfilling career in this business and greatly appreciate the recognition by the IBBA.”

Janke is recognized as an industry expert, especially in automotive, manufactukring, distribution, service and franchised businesses. He has authored numerous business articles in addition to teaching courses and delivering lectures for major business broker organizations. Janke majored in Business Finance and Marketing at California State University Northridge, served honorably in the United States Marine Corps and Reserves, and gives back to his community through local civic groups, chamber events, and the Day Break church and outreach ministries.
