Angelica is the owner of Sunbelt Business Brokers of Pasadena. Angelica has earned the designation of Certified Business Broker (CBB), Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), and Certified Franchise Consultant (CFC). She brokers business sales, values businesses and coaches business owners who plan to sell their business in 2-5 years. Her office brokers main street and lower middle market businesses in a variety of industries, e.g., retail, service, e-commerce, manufacturing and distribution.

Previously, Angelica was an actuary for life insurance and actuarial consulting companies such as Metropolitan Life, Transamerica, Swiss Re and National Actuarial Network. She worked with many national and international life insurance companies pricing, negotiating and auditing insurance and reinsurance contracts.

She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and her degrees include an Executive MBA from the Drucker Business School, Claremont University and a BS in Mathematics from the University of the Philippines.

Angelica is a member of several professional organizations such as International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), California Association of Business Brokers (CABB), M & A Source, National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), Society of Actuaries (SOA) and American Academy of Actuaries. (AAA) In the business community she is a member of the Pasadena South Lake District. She does philanthropic work through Soroptimist International, Toastmasters International and Valley Housing Partners.
