Jack?s successful career included an early period of blue collar work that instilled in him the hard-working values he carries to this day. He spent some time in sales, and some in middle and senior management, and then he spent 15 years as the President of one of the largest elevator companies in Canada. During that period, he acted on behalf of his company in a number of successful acquisitions, and negotiated many more. That started the love of the process, and developed the belief that the fit between the seller and the buyer has to be right, and the terms of the deal have to work for them both. Originally from western Canada, Jack has called Toronto home for 25 years. Dwayne purchased and sold businesses and investment properties for over 10 years, during which time he was a director of the Waterloo Region Apartment Management Association and a member of the Real Estate Investment Network. He received the “Outstanding Citizen Award” in 2001. He was also employed for 15 years with a large distribution company. He worked in all aspects of the company and contributed to the growth in sales from 180 million to 250 million, making it the largest family owned Food distribution company in Canada. Dwayne’s interests are aerobatic flying, golf, long drive challenges, long range target shooting, Mercedes Benz Club Canada, and spending time with his wife, 3 sons, and his Doberman pinscher. Philip, a retired Airline Transport Rated Pilot and Class 1 Flight Instructor, has had a successful 35-year career in the Aviation Industry. In 1979 Philip graduated with high honours from the prestigious Seneca Aviation Program in Toronto. He enjoyed time as a bush pilot and a Charter Aircraft Pilot in northern B.C. Soon afterwards Philip became involved with Flight Training and founded his own Academy in Ontario which eventually grew to 4 satellite bases with 14 Aircraft. Philip has held positions such as Corporate Pilot, Chief Pilot, Chief Flight Instructor, Pilot Examiner and Director of Flight Operations. Philip has helped launch the careers of hundreds of today’s Airline pilots. In 2005 Philip and his wife Wendy sold the Academy but he continued to be involved in Aviation. He also became involved with numerous business ventures including Commercial Real-Estate purchases and sales, Construction Trades related business start-ups and the development of 2 international Flight training Schools with ties to Chinese Airlines and Egypt. The one common element along Philip’s journey has been his passion for Business. He is a true entrepreneur and it is this wealth of experience that he has to share with persons looking to sell, buy or start up a business Philip met Robert Mitchell the owner of several Sunbelt franchises over 10 years ago as they were neighbors. A friendship and respect for each other’s interest developed.
