My name is Steven Neighbors. I am an Idaho licensed real estate broker and business broker. After receiving my Master of Business degree as well as several post graduate certificates from Harvard Business School, I founded and managed an Inc. 500 fastest growing business for 11+ years. Continuing with my work, I gained significant experience and became skilled in financial management, forensic accounting, equipment cost theory, operations management, project management, contract administration, government regulations, EPA issues, and much more.

I currently oversee the team for Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions LLC where I support the team as they help their clients buy and sell companies. I aide in reviewing professional valuations, and uphold the due diligence process during every deal.
