Tony has over 28 years of business success in the telecommunications industry. He started as an installer with Bell Telephone in Edison, New Jersey. Deregulation of the industry caused many changes and opened many opportunities for entrepreneurs. Tony started and operated a successful telecommunications equipment and service company in Phoenix, Arizona in 1985. He grew the business for 13 years and in 1998 decided to sell the business and return to his roots in the East. After successfully selling the business in Phoenix and relocating to Lancaster, PA in 1998, he remained active in the Telecom industry for the past 10 years and has now made the transition to Business Broker. His sincere desire is to help people in achieving their dream of owning their own business as well as assisting people in selling their business. Tony lives in Mountville, PA with his wife.

Moore served as Vice-Chair of the Sunbelt Franchise Advisory Council and was a founding member on the Board of Directors, Sunbelt Business Advisors, LLC, headquartered in Charleston, S.C. She is also a Board Member of the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Deborah resides in Reading, PA with her husband Bill, has four children, nine grandchildren and is active in her community and church.

Dave has broad-based experience in a number of business areas, including retail, manufacturing, distribution, and services. He spent much of his career in consumer products, and many of those years working in eastern Pennsylvania. He began in sales, where he drove significant growth in two major markets. His career progressed in marketing and brand management for a number of nationally-known brands. Over the last ten years he had been President of three businesses, ranging in size from $20 million to $200 million in sales. He has worked in small, privately-held companies as well as public companies, and has been actively involved in buying, selling, and integrating businesses of all sizes. Dave's strength is in finding the greatest value in every opportunity, and creating the most positive outcomes possible for those he works with. Dave has a bachelors degree in Economics, and a Masters of Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing and Finance. Dave and his wife live in Center Valley, and have two children. In his free time he enjoys golf, traveling, and their two dogs.

Jennifer enjoys working closely with our clients to ensure a smooth process and maximize their success. Prior to Sunbelt, Jennifer owned and managed her own business, which she recently sold. She enjoys playing and teaching piano, travel and kayaking.
