Earle is the President/Owner of Klassen, Ingalls & Associates, Inc., a Sunbelt Network affiliate located in Rochester, New York. During the past ten years, Earle has focused on building a team of professionals who successfully engineer business transactions. Prior to that, Earle was Vice President of Marketing at Snack Food Group, a division of Birds Eye Foods®, a national food processing corporation. The snack food group consisted of five regional businesses with a combined volume of approximately $125 million.

He participated in several mid-market acquisitions and divestitures. His related experience, in addition to M&A activity, includes several marketing positions and responsibilities, including expertise in new product development initiatives, market research, advertising, promotion as well as business and financial planning and analysis. He graduated from Colby College (B.A.) and the University of Toronto’s M.B.A. program. Accomplishments include business turnarounds, company “Marketing Idea of the Year” awards and President’s Award for Outstanding Achievement.

Earle earned a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) as recognized by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).

Previously a teacher in Rochester and developer and owner of a large childcare center and preschool in the Philadelphia area. Cathy was the Operations Manager for Empire Airlines in Rochester for several years and responsible for personnel, airline schedules and aircraft maintenance. Similar experience includes Operations Manager for Rosenbluth International, the second largest travel management company in the United States, both in Rochester and Philadelphia. Her responsibilities included the start-up of a reservations facility in Rochester with 95 associates and she was also responsible for 14 locations in Pennsylvania, Connecticut and New Jersey, focusing on the implementation and maintenance of corporate accounts.
