Mr. O'Bey has a Graduate and Undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Syracuse University. He has more than 25 years experience in working with individuals and companies in the valuation and financing of businesses. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker. He is also a recipient of the Sunbelt 2007 President's Award for his sales achivements. Mr. Horton is active in civic affairs and was 2005 Chairman of the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Stewart has over 25 years of commercial banking and financial experience with some of the largest Super-Regional Banks in America. Most recently he was the Director of the North Carolina Rural Ventures fund and the President of Neuse River Development Authority, the oldest multi-county certified development company in North Carolina. Mr. Stewart graduated from the University of Rhode Island and earned his MBA from Bryant College. Mr. Stewarts financial acumen and business finance experience have become an invaluable asset to Sunbelts success in creatively structuring business sales and acquisitions.
