Mr. O'Bey has over 25 years experience in business management, mergers and acquisitions and is a Certified Business Intermediary. He was previously President-Founder of one of the fastest growing technology companies in the U.S. based on 5 year growth. Mr. O'Bey has a Graduate and Undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Syracuse University. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and is a licensed real estate broker. Mr. O'Bey formed Sunbelt Business Brokers of Coastal North Carolina, Inc. to assist business owners in listing and selling their businesses in Coastal and Eastern North Carolina.

Mr. Horton is a graduate of Temple University and the Wharton Management Program of the University of Pennsylvania. He has more than 25 years experience in working with individuals and companies in the valuation and financing of businesses. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker. He is also a recipient of the Sunbelt 2007 President's Award for his sales achivements. Mr. Horton is active in civic affairs and was 2005 Chairman of the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Leahy is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and attended the MBA program at the University of Alabama - Birmingham. He has over 20 years of experience in business management, facility operation and development, and airport construction. He served on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Airport Executives and as President of their Southeast Chapter. Mr. Leahy has spent the past 11 years as a small business owner in Eastern North Carolina where he has been involved in many business and civic organizations.
