John J Moser

John is the Principal Advisor and Owner of Sunbelt Business Brokers of Los Angeles, Whittier and Fullerton as well as an M&A Advisor with SBB Capital Partners. He has been a licensed CA attorney for over 23 years as well as a CA Certified Business Broker (CBB) and licensed Real Estate Broker.

John began his career as a litigator in one of the largest healthcare firms in CA. From there, he founded his own law firm specializing in employment law, transactional law, and estate planning. In addition, to satisfy his entrepreneurial spirit, John enjoyed being the owner operator of multiple businesses in a variety of industries such as healthcare, real estate and distribution.

With two decades of experience, John gained valuable insight into all facets of business operations, which he relies on to prudently advise his clients. He leverages his diverse business background and legal experience to expertly negotiate on his client’s behalf as well as to keenly identify and creatively solve potential pitfalls in a deal.

John is a member of the CA State Bar Association, the International Association of Business Brokers, the CA Association of Realtors and the CA Association of Business Brokers. He lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife, 2 daughters and 19 yr old Doxie.
