Karen Tipton

Karen Tipton has extensive M & A experience with an emphasis in financial analysis and management, deal structure, creative problem solving and due diligence preparation. Ms. Tipton has owned and operated numerous businesses in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East including medical services, real estate development, property management, financial consulting and equipment sales. She is a licensed commercial real estate broker. Her involvement in the community includes being a founding member of a mission’s board that has developed a medical clinic in Niger, Africa as well as extensive water, agriculture and economic programs. She also served as a board member of the International Linen Registry Foundation, Tulsa Foundation for Architecture, Tulsa Historical Society, Arts & Humanities Council, Sinfonia and The Tulsa Club.
