He also serves as an Independent Business Consultant in the area of business valuations for Gulf Coast Financial. Additionally, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Alabama and the State of Florida. Lanier has a BA degree from the University of Alabama.

Rob R. Sproles is a Senior Business Broker with Sunbelt Business Brokers (AKA Business Brokers South). He has a current real estate license in the state of Florida and previously licensed in California and Kentucky. He managed a real estate office in Los Angeles, as well as running their real estate school company in multiple locations. He also owned a restaurant in California.
For nine years he was a small business consultant and business manager for a CPA firm. Rob is an Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) and is well qualified and anxious to service the needs of entrepreneurs who are in the market to invest and/or sell their business.
Gregory returns to Sunbelt Business Advisors in Mobile, having worked in the Charlotte office in 2001. Gregory brings over 30 years of main street to wall street experience, having worked with Citicorp Investment Management, Merrill Lynch, Dean Witter Reynolds (Morgan Stanley), Raymond James Financial, Tax Law Advisors and Sunbelt Business Brokers.
Gregory’s areas of specialty include small and mid-sized M&A, and multi-unit, multi brand franchise sales, resales and financing.
