Sharon holds an active real estate license with Realty One Group Prime in Jackson, Mississippi. She is a member of the Central Mississippi Board of Realtors, the Mississippi Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Sharon received many local and national awards including the prestigious Quality Service Pinnacle Award for outstanding client service all because of her hard work with a commitment to excellence and professionalism. During her 16 years as a real estate professional, she has stayed abreast of the many facets and responsibilities required to run a sales-based business and be a top producer utilizing marketing concepts which include social media, internet, and computer technology.

She also has a broad knowledge of contracts and documentation necessary to close a real estate deal as well as strong interpersonal and negotiating skills. Prior to her real estate career, Sharon spent 23 years working in the legal, insurance, and accounting sectors, and owned and operated a tax service business. Robert was Chief Financial Officer, Asbury Automotive Group – Jackson Platform; Chief Financial Officer/Secretary-Treasurer/Controller of Mallard Management Group/Ruston, Louisiana Auto Group (1986 – 2003)

Robert was involved with Operations Management, Financial Operations & Project Management for the dealerships. He was responsible for overseeing the financial business operations for a multi-dealership group comprised of 9 separate dealerships with a $150 + million in annual sales. He performed both short & long-term relationships including banking, legal, insurance and outside accounting operations.

Under Financial Operations, Robert was responsible for management of areas of Financial Reporting, Cash Management, Financial Analysis and Budget, Human Resources, and Central Corporate Accounting. He would analyze financial performance versus budgets and industry standards and recommend/implement the required corrective actions and directed monthly financial reporting processes including P&L and balance sheet.

Part of Robert’s role was also to oversee the planning, implementation, and follow-up including upgrades to corporate-wide computer systems, restructuring business processes, accountability and reporting for consistency and improvements to general business operations. He managed projects within completion time guidelines and budgets. Robert directed project teams to maintain focus, motivation and productivity to meet all project goals and assumed the role of lead communicator and planner in the acquisition and/or disposition of automobile dealerships.

II. VP of Dealership Sales – A Division of Sunbelt Business Brokers of Jackson, MS (2003-2010)
Robert was consultant for five automobile/heavy truck dealerships encompassing all phases of dealership management, operation controls, and accounting systems.

III. CFO-CSO for Medical Group (2010-present)
Robert has been the CFO-CSO for a medical group that did include 6 pharmacies, 4 medical clinics and a durable medical equipment supply company. He is also a Partner/Manager in DB& Associates, consulting, business valuation, and business brokerage firm.
With over 25 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Medical Groups and automobile dealership groups, Robert has operational leadership in strategic planning, financial reporting, forecasting and budget, valuation, acquisitions and dispositions and cost reduction programs.
Robert received a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University. He was a practicing CPA but desired to pursue a Master of Business Administration at the University of Louisiana – Monroe before working as the Chief Financial Officer/Secretary of Rivers Ford in Monroe, Louisiana.

He currently resides in Jackson, Mississippi, with his wife, Sharon.

Ward started an export company, a merger practice, a private lending company, an ice company, a construction company, and has purchased two existing companies. He was Director of Operations for a Fortune 500 company and was an integral part of their Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team. Ward was active on their team for strategic acquisition searches, and as a member of their executive team participated in strategic planning sessions.

Ward has two degrees – one in Mechanical Engineering the other in International Business. Ward holds a Broker real estate license in MS. He is Past-President for his Toastmasters club and Rotary Club. He is also past Vice Chair for his City Planning Commission, past Vice Chair of the President’s Council for Sunbelt, and past vice president for CASA. Ward has served on the Board of Directors for Rotary, TOCC, CASA, and YMCA. Ward is an avid tennis player and salt water fisherman.
