Valerie Brooks

Kevin and Valerie Brooks accumulated 9 Big O Tire Franchises in western Colorado between 1996 and 2013. With the assistance of a business broker, they sold these units in 2015. Intrigued by the process of selling and interested in assisting other business owners the Brooks became licensed real estate agents and business brokers in 2017. In 2020 they joined Sunbelt Business Brokers.

Kevin and Valerie each bring unique talents but the goal for both is to assist Sellers reach their goals. With a clear understanding of the sometimes-overwhelming process the Brooks remain in lock-step with clients managing each step of the selling process thus allowing Sellers to stay focused on day to day operations for continued strength in the marketplace during the sales process.

Kevin holds a degree in accounting and was at one time a practicing CPA. Valerie holds a degree in counseling-psychology. They currently own a Franchise Consulting Business and a professional leads franchise called Network in Action. Both go hand-in-hand with Sunbelt.
