Arthur Rosenberg

Art has worked for over 25 years with entrepreneurs and startups through his economic development and real estate careers. As a economic developer he has worked all over the US working with recruiting businesses, retention and expansion of the businesses.

Art owns Sunbelt of North Dakota. He also owns a real estate brokerage firm called Capital Commercial Realty Group in Fargo, ND. As a business broker, he helps people buy and sell businesses.

Art is a member of International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), National Association of Realtors, Comex of Fargo, MLS of Fargo.
