Rick Gardner

Rick Gardner is Partner/Managing Broker in Sunbelt Business Brokers & Franchise Services. Rick is both a Business and Commercial Real Estate Broker, In Florida and Ohio, holding the Certified Business Intermediary designation through, and teaching for, the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).

Rick began his career as a Financial Analyst for Joint Ventures with Richard E. Jacobs Group (then the largest privately-held mall developer in the nation) in the late 1990s – early 2000s, and has most recently been continuing to serve as a Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate. Prior to this, he was a Director of Commercial Real Estate at Coldwell Banker, invested in real estate, and taught finance courses for both an MBA program and a real estate pre- licensing program. He earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Akron in 1995. Rick served from 1987-1993 in both the U.S. Army and Army National Guard as an MOS 19D Recon Scout and was a 1989 Honor Graduate from the Army’s Primary Leadership Development Course.
