Charlie Ciovacco

Charlie, a licensed real estate agent, spent over thirty years in banking and finance in various management positions prior to joining Sunbelt of New Hampshire. He specialized in small business relationship banking with a focus on SBA lending where he assisted many local businesses to obtain financing.

In addition to his banking background, Charlie has been a small business owner. He has an appreciation for the day-to-day requirements of running a business from start up to successful transition. This experience gives him a unique perspective to assist both sellers and buyers.
