Ed Anderson

Ed is an M&A Advisor with Sunbelt Business Brokers of Los Angeles, Whittier and Fullerton and an M&A Advisor with SBB Capital Partners. He earned his M.B.A. from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Idaho. He has an active California Real Estate license.

Prior to his M&A work, Ed had a 25+ year career in corporate America working for companies that included Cummins Engine, Rockwell International, Ball Aerospace, and Rain Bird Irrigation. He had P&L responsibility during a significant amount his career and held the positions of Plant Manager, Divisional Controller, Director, General Manager, Vice President and President/CEO. He has broad-based experience and expertise in negotiating high-dollar value contracts and has proven financial planning, strategy development, problem solving and leadership skills.

Ed is passionate about business and is especially attracted to manufacturing and industrial B2B enterprises. He feels that his education and background provide him with a unique set of skills as an M&A intermediary/advisor.

Ed is an active member of the International Association of Business Brokers and the California Association of Business Brokers. He lives in the North Orange County/greater Los Angeles area and enjoys spending time with his family, fitness/strength training and playing jazz guitar.
