Lilia Berezkina

Lilia Berezkina brings to Sunbelt Business Brokers over two decades of hands-on experience with selling privately owned businesses, mergers and acquisitions, financial services, foreign exchange, international business development and commercial real estate. During this time, Lilia oversaw her own successful transactions and led a team of dealmakers with a focus on Main Street and lower Middle Market deals in Florida. Her education and experience makes her uniquely qualified to get deals done – after earning her MBA, she launched a career that led to senior management positions and consulting engagements in the real estate and financial markets including ownership of a full service real estate company which successfully brokered transactions involving businesses, hotels, high-rises, land acquisition and land development throughout South Florida. From 2004 to 2008, Lilia served as a founding partner of Globfex, a Boca Raton-based company that created a network of Financial Exchanges in foreign countries. She offers lectures and educational seminars to various professional groups on topics of business evaluations and acquisition procedures. Lilia is also an accomplished fine-arts painter, holds a practitioner’s degree in holistic health, and in her spare time enjoys traveling, diving, boating, and fine dining.
