James Pellegrin

Jim held key positions at RPC Energy and served on the Executive Committee of Cudd Energy Services of The Woodlands, Texas. For over 20 years, he held financial executive roles in oil & gas, marine, industrial, workover, offshore, blowout, well control training, pipe-yard, inspection, downhole tool, consulting and the international divisions. He spent seven years as the financial controller for Cudd Pressure Control then led a team of financial analysts that advised operations management worldwide. Jim was involved in the company’s growth through adding asset capacity, service-line additions, geographic expansion, corporate acquisitions and aligning corporate business services to the additional size of operational demands.

Prior to that, Jim was in the Food service industry with Pocahontas Food Group (formerly Caro Produce & Institutional Foods Inc). Caro is a regional food distributor to restaurants, schools, hotels, supermarkets and hospitals in the Southeast United States. During his college years, he worked his way through school as the bookkeeper of Machine Shop Service Inc. While obtaining his business degree in accounting, he developed a hands-on knowledge of the metal fabrication business and a strong interest in oil & gas.

After a successful career in the oil & gas industry, Jim became an entrepreneur where he owned, operated and then sold a National Franchise with over twenty locations throughout South Louisiana. He was recognized as the top new franchisee in the United States in his first year. In addition, Jim built two successful start-up businesses in Franklin and Houma. Mr. Pellegrin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting Major) from Nicholls State University and is proud to call South Louisiana home.
