The company started in 2019 providing mobile phlebotomy services for most routine lab tests such as the Complete Blood Count (CBC), Lipid Panel, Protime INR, and other routine blood tests in the Massachusetts area focusing on Assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and in-home services. Then the company expanded services into multiple states including Missouri, Illinois, and Tennessee. In 2021, the owners begun the build out of their testing lab facility located in the Greater St Louis area that begun service in Feb 2022.
