Steve Wade

Steve Wade, MBA, JD, M & A Advisor, with over fifty years in business acquisitions and sales, marketing, management systems, planning and development has been a manager, executive and consultant for international corporations as well as small and mid-sized companies. His consulting and management experience includes work in financial services, commercial and industrial real estate, manufacturing, mining, metals, chemicals, broadcasting, telecommunications, construction materials, litigation consulting and international investment banking.

Steve has a comprehensive understanding of the strategies and processes for preparing and positioning a business for sale and for finding and matching the appropriate buyer for it. He helps business owners develop an exit strategy that secures an orderly succession and converts the equity in their business into the maximum income stream with the minimum tax impact.

He received his MBA and a degree in Economics from Stanford University, as well as a JD from the University of California School of Law in Berkeley. He and his family are avid Alpine and Nordic skiers and enjoy high altitude hiking and camping. Steve pursues lifelong interests in musical performance and photography.
