Gene Tenczar

Gene Tenczar, Merger & Acquisition Advisor, has over forty years experience with the acquisition, development, management, growth and sale of businesses. His work has been with companies ranging from Silicon Valley startups to Fortune 500 corporations in positions including Manager, Consultant, CEO and Owner. His managerial, entrepreneurial and advisory roles, in both domestic and international business environments, has given him the tools for acute financial and operational analysis. He has a broad insight into the issues of business transition and integration, into strategies for sound growth through acquisition, as well as into exit strategies for owners ready to sell. He can find and put together companies that belong together.

His industry experience has been in the information technology, electronics, real estate, energy and power supply areas. Although a particular strength has been in selling big-ticket items, his career trajectory, with a span from designing peripherals for mini-computers, through senior marketing and sales positions for major international corporations, to ownership, with the founding, building and selling of his own company, has given him the expertise that comes from hands-on experience with every significant function of business enterprise.

Gene, whose original training was in electro-mechanical design, received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University. He lives with his family in San Jose.
