Chinee Goh

Chinee is a highly experienced Business Broker and M&A Advisor who has facilitated the ownership transfer of numerous businesses. She has more than 20 years of business experience in finance, marketing, management, business development, and business ownership.

Chinee started her career with Price Waterhouse Coopers and her focus was in finance, particularly in areas of corporate reconstruction, financial analysis/reviews and business valuations in various industries.

She also has experience in corporate lending and fund management. Chinee has a deep understanding of investments. She was a fund manager at ING Asia Pacific where she managed stock portfolios. She has held management level positions in international financial corporations that are in joint ventures with companies in Asia such as UBS, Rothchilds and ING Asia Pacific.

Chinee also owns an integrated print marketing business – Promoto Marketing. She has been able to utilize her understanding of business models to always strive to ensure that her clients get the best returns for their marketing budget. As an owner of an established small business, she understands the challenges and opportunities of being a small business owner.

Chinee has an accounting and finance degree from the University of Otago, New Zealand. She travels frequently to Asia and has an interest in researching and collecting 19th century Asian pottery.
