Brett Sargent along with his wife Adriana Sargent are Owners of Sunbelt Business Brokerage of Northern California, headquartered in Sacramento. We specialize in Mergers & Acquisitions, assisting Buyers in finding the right opportunities and bringing Sellers qualified Buyers. Brett is a Certified Exit and Succession Planning Strategist for NAVIX, the world leading company helping business owners navigate and achieve successful exits. He also chairs five CEO/Business Owner/Executive Peer Advisory Boards in the Northern California Region on behalf of Vistage International.

Brett is a former C-Level Executive and business owner of several small businesses working with both large companies and small companies throughout his 20+ year career. Industries Brett has worked in globally include Automotive, Transmission & Distribution, Power Generation, Glass, Metal, Medical, Semiconductor and Military. Brett has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Widener University, a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Georgia State University specializing in International Business. He is also Six Sigma Black Belt Certified, and has spent years doing process improvements, especially in manufacturing. Brett is also a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and is also a Certified Main Street Business Broker (CMSBB).
