Keith Spear

Keith is a licensed California real estate agent that specializes in the sale of businesses and related commercial property. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB). Prior to joining Sunbelt, Keith worked in the financial services industry for a Fortune 500 company. Keith became a financial professional to help individuals with retirement, insurance, and tax preparation. In this role he worked with a number of business owners in a wide range of industries including service, distribution, financial services and manufacturing that gave him an excellent background for business brokerage. He uses his financial and tax education and knowledge to thoroughly understand a seller’s business attributes and to determine the suitability of buyers for the businesses that he represents. His objective is to avoid wasting the time of his buyers and sellers when there is not a fit.. Keith earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He has been married for more than 10 years, and enjoys volunteering for several local organizations.
