Douglas Keup

Doug Keup relates very well with business owners. His career includes 30 years in banking specializing in business lending and business development. Midway through that career he gained 12 years experience and the challenges of an entrepreneur as the general partner in a Real Estate development company and later as a Portfolio Manager for a major Riverside development company.

Doug earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Cal State Fullerton in Business Management and an equivalent Masters degree from Pacific Coast Banking School. He and his wife have lived in Temecula since 1984, having come originally from Anaheim by way of San Juan Capistrano. He is active in the community having been associated with the Temecula Chamber of Commerce, Toastmasters Club, Rotary and TTL Golf League. He also serves as President and Elder for a 350 member church in Murrieta that he and his wife helped organize in 1986. Doug can be counted on to offer expert advice, responsible follow up, and successful negotiating skills on behalf of his clients.
