He was the founder of multiple businesses that were successfully sold in both the manufacturing and service industries. Having acquired existing businesses as well, Daniel personally possesses firsthand knowledge and experience as a buyer. As a broker who has listed and successfully sold businesses, Daniel has effectively sat on every side of the mergers and acquisition deal table as a seller, buyer and broker. This unique experience enables him to help expedite successful transactions and to help meet and exceed expectations of buyers and sellers alike.
Daniel has degrees in Business Administration and Political Science and is a graduate of SUNY Stony Brook. The most recent business Daniel owned and successfully sold was a 14-year-old home care agency franchise that employed hundreds of health care workers. He was the founding member of the Caring Senior Service Independent Dealers Association and volunteered as a community educator for the National Alzheimer’s Association. Daniel founded a manufacturers representative’s firm that ultimately developed several companies and brands that resulted in M&A deals. He participated in the development of the At-Home-Services Solar Program for the Home Depot. He developed programs for some of the nation’s largest retailers including Bloomingdale’s, Home Depot, Sam Ash, Guitar Center, Rockaway Bedding, Mattress Giant and many others. Daniel was a sales manager for a leading manufacturer of musical instruments where he was responsible for multiple professional franchised product lines. He worked with and endorsed acclaimed recording artists.
