Prior to entering commercial real estate, Bret held senior leadership roles with RENOVO Solutions, Aramark Healthcare+, Aramark Higher Education, and Provista (a Vizient company), where he led national growth initiatives, developed multimillion-dollar client strategies, and delivered measurable savings and operational improvements for complex organizations. His work included healthcare technology management (HTM), purchased services optimization, group purchasing strategy, and performance improvement initiatives across both acute and non-acute settings.
