Dan Exline has been in the financial services industry dating back over30 years. His career includes Executive Level positions in Government Contracting, Founder of a Financial Data Company, Commodity Brokerage, Insurance, and Real Estate. Dan started in Real Estate in 2004 as an investor in Arizona & Florida and made the transition to Realtor and Business Broker.
The character, work ethic, and positive attitude instilled by Dan’s parents was instrumental in building his unwavering integrity. Dan abides by two business philosophies; every person should always be treated with dignity and respect, and he will always act in the best interests of the client.

Dan and his wife were introduced to the Emerald Coast in 2004 and bought their first piece of Florida Real Estate in Miramar Beach. They eventually made Florida their full-time home, and now reside in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
