Once the value and listing price of your business has been determined, Sunbelt Network will prepare your business for the marketplace. A complete listing package is created, showcasing all of the selling points of your business including operational strengths, staffing needs, asset descriptions, inventories, capital requirements, competition, history, future potential, geographical market analyses, and other pertinent information. Also, a complete financial report including profit and loss statements, cash flow analysis, expense analysis, and recasting to determine Seller’s Discretionary Earnings are created to be contained as part of the full listing package presentation. This information is made available to buyers only after they have signed a Confidentiality Agreement.
The creation of the full listing package and financial analysis in determining value is extremely time consuming, but is an integral part of the business sales process. Sunbelt Network does not charge an upfront fee to create this valuation package; however, if the package is created and a Seller then decides not to list the business with Sunbelt Network, a $1500 fee will apply. Sunbelt Network is in business to sell businesses, not just to determine the value of businesses.
Once the full listing package for your business has been created, Sunbelt Network will bring your business to the marketplace by creating a marketing plan designed exclusively for your business. We will always only represent you as your seller agent … we do not practice dual agency so you can always rest assured that we are only representing your interests.
The confidentiality of your listing is of the utmost importance to us. All potential buyers will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement before having any information about your business shared with them. All aspects of the marketing, showing, sharing of information, performance of due diligence and correspondence relative to the sale of your business remains confidential.
