Jay Polimeno

Owner of Sunbelt of New Hampshire, is a Certified Business Intermediary as well as licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor. Jay is also the Principal Broker for Polimeno Realty, where he specializes in commercial sales and leasing.

When he is not managing his businesses, Jay is very active in the community serving as a past Woodstock Planning Board member; Past President of the Lincoln-Woodstock Rotary Club; Governor of Rotary District 7850; Past President and current By-Laws Committee Chair of the Lincoln-Woodstock Chamber of Commerce; Co-Chair of the Lincoln-Woodstock Community Building Committee; member of the North Country Center for the Arts Marketing Committee; past board member of the Grafton County Senior Citizens Council; past Lin-Wood Area Senior Services Advisory Council Chair; Business Advisor for the Lincoln-Woodstock Future Business Leaders of America Chapter; advisor for the Lincoln-Woodstock Interact Club; and girl’s softball pitching coach.
