Jay Polimeno

Jay Polimeno, Business Broker with Sunbelt Business Brokers of
New Hampshire, is a Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary, a
distinction earned after 30 years of business brokerage
experience. Jay is also a Realtor and the owner and Principal
Broker of Polimeno Realty where he specializes in commercial
leasing and sales. Jay moved to North Woodstock, NH in 1995
after serving many years in the hospitality industry, ultimately as
the Resident General Manager of the Tremont House Hotel in
Boston and Nordic Village and Nestlenook Farm in Jackson, NH.
When he is not managing his businesses, Jay is very active in his
community. He is the Town Moderator; Board member of the
Loon Mountain Area Community Fund, Bridge Project, Lincoln-
Woodstock Community Building Committee, and the Lincoln-
Woodstock Community Resource Center. Jay is also Past
President of the Lincoln-Woodstock Rotary Club, Past President
of the Lincoln-Woodstock Chamber of Commerce, Past District
Governor of Rotary District 7850, Past Board Member of the
Grafton County Senior Citizen’s Council, Past Business Advisor
for Linwood Future Business Leaders of America, and school
softball pitching coach.
A graduate of Colby College, Jay has been married to his college
sweetheart and business partner Maureen for 41 years. They
have two daughters, Katy who is married to Jeff and live in
Orlando, Florida, and Aimee, married to Dan, who live in
Weymouth, Massachusetts.
