Mr. Kells started the Canadian operations of Sunbelt Business Brokers in 2002 and in addition to opening 27 offices in Canada he is developing business brokerage in 10 other countries. Mr. Kells has served as president/chairman of companies in various industries including the hi-tech industry, manufacturing, business consulting, training, tourism, real estate development, business appraisal, television production and laboratories. Greg is very much a hands on CEO and his skills and experience are a significant asset to clients. He has been a guest lecturer at Harvard, Yale, and Duke Universities as well as at numerous Canadian Colleges. Graduated from Carleton University with Honours in Business Commerce, Ahtisham Fazli, CMEA started working at Sunbelt Business Brokerage in 2012. He is not only responsible for performing valuation through FAT (Financial Analysis Tool) and writing marketing packages for new engagements but also helps out with various small projects at the head office in Ottawa.He has been awarded the CMEA designation (Certified Machinery/Equipment Appraiser) by the NEBB Institute. CMEAs are located throughout the United States, Canada and several other countries, and are used by banks, other lending institutions, accountants, lawyers, business buyers/sellers and others to provide needed financial information for a variety of reasons. He is also a member of SBA (Society of Business Analysts) and is currently pursuing CPA designation with the intention of completing it in three years.In his free time, Ahtisham Fazli likes to surf online to catch up with news and latest trends, play soccer and work out.
