Mr. Kells has served as president/chairman of companies in various industries including the hi-tech industry, manufacturing, business consulting, training, tourism, real estate development, business appraisal, television production and laboratories. Jim has recently joined Sunbelt and is confident that his diverse business experiences will prove to be an asset in relating to both buyers and sellers. He is committed to learning about each client’s unique needs and circumstances, and negotiating a deal that will benefit all those involved.After proudly serving as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces, Jim became a single parent of an amazing little lady. During this time, Jim completed the Business Administration Marketing program at St. Lawrence College in 2000, attained a Black Belt in North American Martial Arts and a Brown Belt in traditional Shotokan Karate. After which he was a financial advisor, managed a retail sporting goods store, and owned his own business-to-business wholesale company. Jim continued his educational pursuits by finishing the Bachelor of Business Administration from Laurentian University in 2011. Continuing his commitment to life-long learning, he obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the Royal Military College of Canada in 2014.He is also passionate about community involvement and currently volunteers his time as an instructor at a local martial arts studio where he teaches young people from ages 3 to 70 the art of self- respect, defence, and discipline through fitness kickboxing and mixed martial arts.
