With thirty years of experience in public accounting, he has gained significant experience working with business owners. Rob is also the co-owner of a manufacturing business with annual sales to more than thirty countries worldwide.Rob has been involved in acquisitions as well as advising on numerous corporate buy and sell transactions for companies with revenues ranging from less than $1 million to in excess of $200 million.With his entrepreneurial background, Rob understands the day to day issues as well as the challenges and rewards of corporate ownership. Ryan Murphy is an analyst and his primary responsibilities include performing analyses to assist in determining the Most Probable Selling Price of businesses, conducting industry research, and preparing and managing marketing documents for our engagements.He is a co-owner of a manufacturing business with export sales around the world. Before joining Sunbelt, Ryan was Vice-President of Marketing and Sales for ten years and he was President for eight years in his jointly owned company. Originally, Ryan was brought in to the family business in 2000 and made partner in 2001, he is now business partners with a long-term colleague, both having acquired the other family membersâ€™ shares.Ryan gained enormous entrepreneurial experience in operating a privately-owned family business, as well as successfully completing his degree in Honours Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University with a focus on finance and marketing.Ryan has a network of business professionals that can assist in meeting your company goals and understands the challenges and rewards of a business owner. Ross de St. Croix
Ross has been fortunate to have lived and worked his entire life in the Hamilton/Brant region. Having graduated from Brock University with a Bachelorâ€™s degree in Marketing and a Minor in Philosophy, he spent the next few months travelling the world. Once settled back home Ross was hired by Motorola Canada to assist in the building of their cellular division. His work experience ranges from structuring sales for two Fortune 500 companies, both in the telecommunications sector, to sales, marketing and management in three small boutique manufacturing firms. Working in these roles has given him a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge in many aspects of business. Ross has also gained enormous entrepreneurial experience as a partner in three small, privately owned businesses, one in the chemical industry and 2 in the food and hospitality industry. He is very excited to bring this knowledge to the Sunbelt Hamilton team. Rossâ€™ role as an analyst includes developing support for Opinions of Value, conducting industry research and preparing and managing marketing documents for our engagements.
