Ron Spolane

Ron Spolane joined Sunbelt Texas after owning, managing and selling a variety of large and small companies during his 30-year business career. His diverse experience includes industries such as wholesale distribution, business finance, and business to business service providers.

During this time, acquisitions were an important component of the growth strategy Mr. Spolane employed to increase the value of this group of companies. In this effort, he has been intimately involved in a number of acquisition/sale transactions and the process required to bring them to completion. This broad experience affords Mr. Spolane a unique understanding of the issues related to business acquisitions from both the seller and buyer perspective.

Mr. Spolane earned a BBA degree in accounting from the University of Texas. Being a native Houstonian and having spent his entire business career in the community, Mr. Spolane is highly qualified in assisting sellers and buyers achieve their respective goals.
