Kevin Brooks

Kevin Brooks is the owner of two Sunbelt offices that encompass the entire state of Colorado. He has offices in Denver and Grand Junction Colorado.

Kevin graduated from the Robert O Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico in 1983. He started his career in public and private accounting. Then in 1996 he purchased the 4 Big O Tire Units, and over the next 20 years added 5 additional locations to his portfolio. Over the span of his ownership career his stores remained in the top 10 of over 300 Big O Tire locations. With the aid of a business broker, he sold the 9 Big O Tire units in 2015. Compelled to assist others in transitions he became an independent Business Broker in 2016. In 2020 he joined Sunbelt Business Brokers.

Kevin has attained the designations of Certified Main Street Business Broker, Master Certified Business Intermediary, and Certified M&A Professional. He is a Colorado Real Estate Licensee.
