This extensive career is built on a foundation of entrepreneurial spirit, including personally buying and selling numerous ventures like seven food and beverage entities, a GM Car Dealership, and COSCO Inc. His professional background further demonstrates a keen financial and operational insight, having served as CFO for diverse companies including logistics, medical instrument manufacturing, environmental testing, and construction firms. Charles also showcases expertise in real estate development, successfully developing multiple rural apartment complexes under the FmHA Housing program.
Charles's entrepreneurial drive is evidenced by his significant achievements in business creation and growth. He founded a management consulting company with Singer Lewak, a regional accounting firm in California, which impressively grew from zero to $5M in annual revenue within three years. Furthermore, his pioneering spirit is reflected in co-founding the first nationwide Internet Service Provider in Mexico.
Beyond transactional and entrepreneurial expertise, Charles is committed to community development and business growth. He has master-planned multiple communities with a focus on Commercial and Research and Development uses.
