After graduating from Colorado Mesa University, Austin began his professional journey with Timberline Bank in 2017. Early in his career, he discovered a strong passion for supporting small businesses. This commitment was crucial during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, when Austin played a pivotal role in securing over $100 million in aid for numerous companies throughout Colorado, further cementing his passion for serving small business across the state.

In the years that followed, Austin continued to provide comprehensive support in both business and personal banking, specializing in complex financing solutions. His growing expertise in this area sparked a keen interest in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) financing, leading him to assist in numerous acquisitions statewide. Driven by this passion, Austin ultimately joined the largest business brokerage office in Western Colorado, where he continues to focus on serving the community through his work.
