Elisabeth Huard

Elisabeth Huard brings deep, hands-on experience in business, operations and management to the Sunbelt Business Brokers of Northern Ohio team. As a licensed Realtor in the state of Ohio, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Oho Association of Realtors, The Toledo Board of Realtors, and the Heartland Board of Realtors.

She has extensive experience negotiating and completing sales transactions. Her business operations and management acumen is extensive buying, completely turning around and selling ten businesses in the last fourteen years in the retail, restaurant, bar, night club industries. Beth is an expert in the startup, consultation, realignment of business platforms, strategic marketing, financial analysis and operations. She has also personally managed the staffing, training, hiring, firing, payroll, inventory, ordering, food preparation, pricing, financial analysis, service and general management of these many enterprises.

Elisabeth has owned and managed a start up in the retail mall kiosk industry and originated and managed customer service and sales for a multi-million dollar fabrication company. Her entrepreneurial background through the temporary industry provided her initial training in office administration, production, executive administration, advertising, retail management, inventor control, telemarketing and warehousing.

Beth holds dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo and is a resident of Findlay, Ohio, servicing the greater Northwestern Ohio area.
