Growth / Expansion overview

Future Market Considerations: Growth Opportunities The current owner offers the following considerations as suggestions only, there is no guarantee (implied or otherwise) of success should the succeeding owner pursue any of the listed opportunities. 1. Further expansion of dry fertilizer sales - current owner recently joined a buyer’s group of independent fertilizer distributors. This has improved wholesale prices and increased margins. 2. Upgrade dry fertilizer applications - expand the company into precision ag techniques with variable application rate technology. 3. Upgrade feed roller mill - will allow for greater blending of micro mineral/vitamin packages, provides another service to livestock producers. 4. Demolition of east enclosure - purchase of land currently leased, plus additional 2.5 acres for expansion west of fertilizer operation to provide for additional fertilizer storage and sales with increased access/speed.
