Remington T Curtis

Dr. Curtis honed his financial acumen as a CPA and auditor at KPMG and later at Strata Fund Services (now Alter Domus). His journey continued as he obtained his PhD and shared his knowledge as a professor of accounting, where he served in various capacities such as salary adviser, budget committee, and director of accounting. His research focused on the valuation and investor risk preferences. During his years in academia, Remington remained active in industry filling roles as a Controller, CFO, and CTO at successful start-up business and investment funds.

During his impressive career, Dr. Curtis somehow also found time to serve as an officer in the Utah Army national guard. While in service he was deployed once, to Iraq with the 19th Special Forces Support Group, where he oversaw all medical logistics for Special Operations throughout the Arabian Peninsula. From his time as an officer, he brings with him a dedication to discipline, leadership, and strategic thinking.
