In a 30 year sales career, including the role of VP of Sales for Excellence In Motivation, the focus was on question-based and need satisfaction selling.  The core of these sales methods was curiosity about a client’s business and personal goals.  These characteristics are keys in successful M&A and business brokerage transactions.  Being able to understand the critical business characteristics and value drivers of a business through in-depth interviews and being able to translate that knowledge to prospective buyers, all the while keeping each party’s end goals at the forefront of negotiation.

Mr. Chadwick earned his BS in Marketing from the University of Dayton in 1977.  In 2008 he became a Certified Business Intermediary from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).
