Greg Beck joins our team as an extremely experienced advisor and business coach as the Founder and Chief Growth Officer at FocalPoint Advisory Services, which helps leaders optimize their business performance to reach their full potential.

With 25 years of experience in business development, marketing and acquisitions, Greg helps FocalPoint clients uncover new possibilities and prepare for a strategic transition, from sales and acquisitions to capital raises and joint ventures. He helps uncover and then fill “potholes” to allow for optimized planning that maximizes company value and provides owners with peace of mind.

Before founding FocalPoint, Greg was a Managing Director at Capital Tactics, a midwest based M&A advisory firm, and Sourcing Business Partner at Fifth Third Bank, Ohio’s second-largest bank. At Fifth Third, Greg oversaw more than $500 million in enterprise spending. He also ran several multi-million dollar profit and loss centers while working at Kroger Personal Finance.
