Sunbelt Sells Local Franchise Pump-It Up and Starts New Division Specifically for Franchise Sales

With 11 closings in 2011, Sunbelt of Miami Valley at the end of last year, managed the sale of Pump-It Up, a childrens party and entertainment franchise located in West Chester, OH. Pump-It Up well known and one of the nation’s most popular indoor entertainment facilities for children is also the largest inflatable franchise concept to hit the market since 2000.

The West Chester, OH location opened in 2005 and the current owners, after deciding to relocate to the West Coast began the business sale process by retaining Roland Rapp of Sunbelt. The Pump-It Up in West Chester serves families in Mason, Hamilton, Liberty Township and surrounding communities. The buyers and new owners, identified by Roland Rapp are local to the area and are excited to take over ownership of this very successful franchise location. The deal was financed by a local financial institution through a SBA Lending program. All parties were equally pleased with the handling of the transaction, which took only 75 days from start to closing.
