Roland Rapp

Roland is an owner of Sunbelt Business Advisors of Southwest Ohio who has more than two decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Before his time with Sunbelt, he worked in clinical trial testing for pharmaceutical companies, the nuclear weapons industry and a variety of financial leadership roles. Roland is passionate about helping business owners realize their dreams.

Outside of his day job, Roland is the treasurer for the Centerville Noon Optimists, a service organization that gives back to the local community, and serves on the Finance Committee at Graceworks Lutheran Services (Bethany Village). In his spare time, he’s a woodworker, and likes to be known as “an accountant with a personality.”
