Doug Bolton

Doug came to the Sunbelt team as a broker after 25 years in business media as a reporter, editor and publisher. After his media career, he became the managing principal of the Cincinnati-Dayton offices of Cushman & Wakefield, a commercial real estate company, and then launched the nonprofit Cincinnati Cares. In addition to working with Sunbelt, Doug is the president of the Metropolitan Club, a business and social club in northern Kentucky that aims to bring together diverse leaders.

Doug’s preferred title is Pawpaw, thanks to his 3-year-old and 6-month-old grandchildren who live with their parents on Doug’s six-acre horse farm. He’s the outgoing president of the Rotary Club of Cincinnati, one of the largest rotary clubs in the world, and is passionate about service work and leadership. In his spare time, he watches the Reds, Bengals and FC Cincinnati.
