Nicole Loud

Nicole Loud is an Associate Broker with Sunbelt Business Brokers of Dallas Metro, serving business owners, buyers, and investors throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. She brings experience in real estate, project management, private lending, and corporate operations to her work supporting clients pursuing business acquisitions, ownership transitions, and investment opportunities.

A licensed Texas real estate professional since 2015, Nicole has assisted buyers, sellers, and investors with property transactions and was recognized as a Top Real Estate Producer in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Her background includes negotiation, market research, transaction coordination, and building relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Nicole also assists investors with new construction, and commercial development projects, helping coordinate the process from acquisition and financing through construction and project completion. Her project management work includes coordinating with lenders, contractors, and other project stakeholders, monitoring progress, and helping keep projects aligned with investor objectives. This experience provides a practical perspective on opportunities involving operating businesses, real estate, and construction.

Previously, Nicole spent 18 years with Atmos Energy, developing a strong foundation in client service, analytical problem-solving, and operational coordination. She also brings private lending experience and completed the Urban Land Institute’s Small Real Estate Development Program, expanding her knowledge of development planning, feasibility, and project execution.
