Bert Brown

Bert provides business planning services for Sunbelt clients. Bert is the owner of Egbert C. Brown and Associates, Inc., a management consulting firm that is organized in two divisions. The Business Planning Division specializes in business planning for start-up and existing businesses. The Call Center Operations Division specializes in inbound call center and customer service consulting services for domestic and international companies. Some of the services offered by the Business Planning Division include developing financial models, documenting the plan, supporting the client presentation and/or delivery to financial institutions or investors, monitoring plan execution, and providing ongoing operations support. Business plans developed by Bert have been instrumental in helping the clients to secure financing. The plans also provide blueprints and detailed plans for the future operation of the business. Banks and financial institutions have praised the quality of the plans that have been submitted to them. Bert is a results driven leader with significant skills and experience in business planning, customer service and call center operations, and leading challenging and complex operations both domestically and internationally. Prior to starting his consulting business in February, 2000, Bert was employed at AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Philips Consumer Communications (A Lucent/Philips Joint Venture). During his corporate career, he had domestic and global responsibilities for business analysis and planning, call center operations management, reengineering, strategic and financial planning, and outsourcing planning and implementation.
