Omari Kamal

Omari Kamal is a seasoned financial professional, business advisor, and deal strategist with over 24 years of experience across investment management, private equity, public accounting, mergers & acquisitions, and small business advisory services. He is the Founder and CEO of P&G Advisors, a Chicago-based accounting and advisory firm focused on helping business owners improve profitability, increase transferability, and maximize enterprise value.

Omari began his career in investment management and private equity, where he evaluated companies and analyzed value drivers from a buyer’s perspective. He later developed deep expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, and tax strategy through public accounting. As a Value Builder Advisor and Profit First Professional, he specializes in exit readiness and value acceleration for owner-operated and middle-market businesses.
Omari holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BS in Finance from Roosevelt University and is based in Chicago, Illinois.
